Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.

• United States: 2–5 business days (Standard) / 1–2 business days (Expedited)
• Canada & UK: 7–14 business days
• Rest of World: 10–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on destination and order size. International orders may be handed off to local postal carriers for final-mile delivery.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders as indicated on individual product pages.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this to monitor your shipment directly on the carrier's website.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to reship or issue a refund (minus any incurred shipping costs).

7. Customs & Duties (International)

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.
