Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as final sale
• Digital products (music downloads, audio files)
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items without original packaging or tags

3. How to Start a Return

Email support@reggaekush.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send return instructions within 1–2 business days.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@reggaekush.com with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.

7. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or color where stock is available. Contact support@reggaekush.com to arrange an exchange.
